Ten Days of Ultimate End
十日终焉 · 杀虫队队员
Ten strangers wake inside a supernatural hotel with ten days and one impossible question each — answer wrong, and the whole building resets. Answer right, and you may not survive the next guest.
A group of ordinary Chinese citizens wakes in the mysterious "Qian Sheng Hotel," trapped in a ten-day loop of life-or-death games run by mythic beasts wearing human faces. Each participant is haunted by a deep personal question — and answering it is the only way out. The 2024-2025 breakout hit on Fanqie Novel (番茄小说), where it topped the platform's annual charts with over 100 million readers and triggered English fan-translation communities within months of release. Reads more like a Chinese Squid Game crossed with Kafka — minimal cultivation terminology, but heavy psychological tension, ensemble cast, and twist-driven plotting. Perfect for foreign readers who want Chinese web fiction's pacing without the jargon wall.

Was Leser sagen
Echte Leserrezensionen von Goodreads und Douban — im Wortlaut, in der Sprache der Lesenden, mit Sternwertung.
"Ten Days Ultimatum" is an absorbing psychological novel, reflecting the anxiety of a world which stands on the brink of collapse. It describes the fate of Qi Xia, the young protagonist who has to find out the reason for the coming apocalypse while rising tension and distrust are growing in the group of survivors.
No words can really explain how many twists, interpersonal schemes, and carefully made plans are packed into Ten Days Ultimatum. I can’t even give a proper summary without spoiling half the story. It’s just an amazing storyline with incredible dialogue, distinct personalities, and so many unexpected chemistry between the characters.
